Reach for the sky—save the date and roll!
After a groundbreaking summer season of high-altitude dice rolling in the Swiss Alps, the Global Alpine Diceman Alliance (GADA) is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated start of the 24/25 Season of the World Alpine Dice League (WADL). This season will take a digital turn once again, as players from around the world compete in the second-ever WADL season, dicing off on October 31, 2024.

The 24/25 WADL Season: A New Digital Frontier
With more intricate dice mechanics and a new interactive terrain inspired by real alpine locations, including the iconic Swiss Alps, the competition will combine classic dice strategies with a new, dynamic digital environment.
All matches will be live-tickered with full final results, allowing fans to follow high-scores in real time. Viewers can also participate through social media challenges and predict the outcomes of matches, adding a new layer of interactivity.
A Look Back: Summer’s Off-the-Grid Championship
The shift to the e-sports format comes after the unforgettable off-the-grid summer event at Kinhütte, Switzerland, where competitors tested their alpine dice skills and survival instincts 2,258 meters above sea level. The remote location and alpine challenges brought a raw, unfiltered intensity to the competition, which was won by Sebastian “Toast” Becker of the Zermatt Sky Sox, in a tense final round at sunset.
